This is a 2″ x 16′  Stainless Steel Roller Gunwale Tie-down. This tie-down features a roller buckle for simple cinching that holds extremely tight. This economical style gunwale features stainless steel roller buckle and two stainless steel S Hooks. 1,200 lb. capacity.
